Sam, I am blown away once again.
How do you do it?!?
I love how vibrant it is and how everything is perfectly exposed. The red/brown tones play off the blues so well. Bravo once again.

Nice, no shadows. Looks like it was taken indoors. I like it.

I like the fact that I can view your images for more than 10 minutes and still find new objects and details in them. Each of them has a story to tell. A lifetime long story captured in less than a second.
Beautiful.

This is beautiful! Sharp and sweet all around and it's got those ddoi-colors that I love! :)

great shot, sam !!! can you see my name on the fountain titles?

Dark and ominously closed in. I remember the area from 40 years ago when there was light everywhere there - and some tired places.

Is this better? Hard call!

Interesting photo Sam - oh, and loved yesterdays work - excellent!

This one seems over processed though. Almost looks like one of those shots you seen landscape engineers put together to show what a new development is going to look like.

wow!

Toronto really looks like a beautiful city, at least the way you capture it in your photos.

I like it! And good job correcting keystone.

Wow I love this picture so much, I've recently gone to Virginia for university and I miss downtown Toronto so much. Take car of the horizon for me, haha. Loved yesterdays pictures a lot too.

Could you please put up a tutorial on this image on the forum so that we could view it, please?

Hi Sam, another great shot. The wide-angle seems to work out great for your architecture/city shots!
I actually have a simple question with a hard answer (I guess): what's the best picture you've taken? I am curious because I've noted myself that my personal favourite doesn't have to be the publics favourite. Maybe in your case too. Would be very interested in that if possible.

What's really scary is that you were able to make that monstrosity of thing called the Eaton Centre look good. Now that's a feat!

Posted by modernmod at August 29, 2006 12:36 PM

excellent!
I am so getting a 10-22 after seeing what you can do with it.

Excellent shot, love the detail!

Wow, this is one of your best for me. Great work, and I would be so happy if you put this up even bigger on flickr!

I like it. Very nicely exposed and the sky looks great too.

Great composition. I love how the guy is right in the corner while there is so much to see, which he is looking at, in the rest of the photo.

Great perspective, colors and clarity - love it.

I always love how your buildings look….. I don’t know how you pull it off but they always look fantastic…

Looks like a miniature, with everything placed at exactly the right spot. Don't I see a piece of tape there in the right upper corner... wait! No...

Fantastic image!

I am 17 and hope to be a photographer. I love your work, I tried posting on the fourm but it is locked. How is this image processed?

Your pics really make me want to visit Toronto again (the last time I was there I was 12).

I saw a screening of The Fountain a couple of weeks ago during Wired Week here in NYC, and it is absolutely gorgeous.
