I've never seen such exotic green's....lovely!!!
Posted by Kris at May 15, 2006 03:47 AMHas a freshness about it this pic
Posted by Andy [fotopromenade] at May 15, 2006 03:47 AMlovely and refreshing spring shot.. somehow it appeals to me more than all the flowers/blossoms shots people take at springtime
Posted by Susie at May 15, 2006 03:51 AMThe wide angle worked well. Nice tones, textures and details.
Posted by Laurie at May 15, 2006 05:53 AMnice crisp lines, love the water drops. looks like the plants are in their own little world. cool shot.
Posted by aer suzuki at May 15, 2006 06:41 AMi love the colours i love how clear and vivid the rain drops on the leafs are (:
great shot
Ahh refreshing.. gives you a bit of tingle. :)
Posted by Vibhor at May 15, 2006 07:28 AMAnd the wide angle did it rather well! Nice shot - as usual :-)
Posted by mykodachrome at May 15, 2006 08:13 AMThis is wonderfully sharp and vibrant!
Posted by Ryan at May 15, 2006 09:17 AMDOF worked out great with the wide angle. The detail is great also, of course.
Posted by Nate at May 15, 2006 09:45 AMNice DOF.
Posted by Matt Simpson at May 15, 2006 10:59 AMAw shucks, no macro. If you'd not commented who would complain. Nice shot.
Posted by Hugh Petrie at May 15, 2006 11:04 AMamazing detailing!
Posted by aashish at May 15, 2006 11:24 AMThere's a lot of details in this shot. You managed to get a very interesting DoF (not too large) considering the use of a WA lens. Great.
Posted by AirBete at May 15, 2006 11:51 AMIt's the feeling of "green green grass of home".
Lovely rain drops
Great shot. I don't think it needed a macro shot. The wide angle work well, good DOF in the photo. Love the drops of water all over the leaves.
Posted by Andrew at May 15, 2006 12:16 PMWoooooooaaaw !
Any wallpaper version :p ?
fantastic
Posted by JELIELĀ³ at May 15, 2006 12:56 PMBeautiful refreshing picture. The green is very beautiful and the rain drops make it exotic. Shame you couldn't have taken the pic with a macro lens, the rain drops would have been more detailed. Excellent pic anyhow.
Posted by MHS at May 15, 2006 02:08 PMVery nice, fresh shot.
Posted by Tomasz at May 15, 2006 02:17 PMWonderful shot!
Posted by Seesaw at May 15, 2006 03:38 PMLittle green universe. I wonder how the denizens look like, think they're a little shy, shirking the lens and the huge raindrops.
Posted by Verena at May 15, 2006 03:44 PMGreat photo, very unique. Both my gf and I can see George Washington in the background when the laptop screen is at an angle. Always love little things like that in photos. Keep up the great work.
Posted by Travis at May 15, 2006 04:46 PMFantastic! It captures the beauty and simplicity of nature.
Posted by Ian at May 15, 2006 09:55 PMI'm a fan of your photos, but this one is getting my ragweed allergies started up again :P

Posted by khatoon at May 16, 2006 06:32 AMincredible. this is one of your best shots. content-wise and quality of the photo wise.
Posted by raluca at May 16, 2006 01:32 PMI like the use of the wideangle, as it provides context, which I think is a good thing here. Also, the shallow DOF is done very well.
Posted by WeeDram at May 16, 2006 11:28 PMI have no camera knowledge- i just point and shoot- but i know what i like and this picture is wonderful- so fresh, alive and vibrant - i LOVE it =)
Posted by Tillybud at May 17, 2006 04:48 AMThis is a great shot. The DOF on this is great. These look like mint leaves

Posted by Olive at May 17, 2006 05:05 PMFantastic detail, even to the fuzz on the stem. I also appreciate the lighting and dof here - so many good characteristics in this shot.
