Do you like TooL???????
Great perspective and cool light. Wonderful lines. I like it!
Posted by Frank at May 5, 2006 03:02 AMReally unique perspective. Works great!
Posted by Tomasz at May 5, 2006 03:13 AMwow....very nice shot and artistic :)
Posted by sherly at May 5, 2006 03:29 AMit feels like i am falling.....
Posted by sami jan at May 5, 2006 04:09 AMA very striking image. Inverting it has really added impact and the polarizer has done a lot more than darken the sky : those reflections are something else. Love the ‘little’ building that looks like it has fungus !
Posted by AG at May 5, 2006 04:46 AMseems like metamorphosis of height into depth....
Posted by Shikher at May 5, 2006 05:14 AMGreat effect this photo has.... good work.
Posted by Chantal at May 5, 2006 06:58 AMGreat shot. Fresh view of skyscrapers.
Posted by Jack at May 5, 2006 07:03 AMThe perspective here is dizzying! Wonderful! Once again great tone and light.
Posted by Laurie at May 5, 2006 08:03 AMNice.
Posted by A thinker at May 5, 2006 08:37 AMIt's really cool how much flipping a photo around can make it look so much more interesting. The lines coming down from the swing stage really mess with your head too. I am also in total agreement that the new TOOL album is great as is all of their works. I'm also a huge fan of Alex Grey who does most of the album art. Cheers

Thanks for the link to "Landscapes Revealed".

Really interesting perspective.
Looking at thie picture actually almost makes me dizzy somehow. I like. =)
Posted by Laura at May 5, 2006 09:19 AMwow!
Posted by shula at May 5, 2006 09:47 AMThe dark sky is awesome, but the perspective is better than any I've seen!
Posted by micki at May 5, 2006 10:15 AMit's ok sky is too dark and most of the building are too
Posted by Roger at May 5, 2006 10:17 AMI agree...I am a little dizzy too.
Posted by Doug at May 5, 2006 10:20 AMIs it upside-down?I mean your photo not building.
Posted by Harlequinpan at May 5, 2006 10:25 AMGreat pic Sam! Love the cityscapes.
Posted by eric y at May 5, 2006 10:42 AMAhh! I'm falling up!
Posted by Rob at May 5, 2006 10:47 AMWow! What a great shot. I'm getting dizzy just looking at the picture.
Posted by Carol at May 5, 2006 10:51 AMLooks like you've displayed it upside down, which, if so, surely makes it more dramatic. Effective shot.
I note your comments on big prints. I wonder if you've attempted large prints 30 x 40 inch say or even 24 x 36 inch. I wonder how the pixels hold up.
I'm not impressed by www.dpreview.com with their reference, or others, to gallery prints of 8 x 10. That's a common but rather small print - hardly my idea of gallery quality. Simply within reach of most with available home printers.
Posted by Hugh Petrie at May 5, 2006 11:03 AMI love it when you invert these types of pictures. It adds a whole new dimension to the ordinary.
Are those window washer's cables coming down the side of the building?
Posted by Vivi at May 5, 2006 11:53 AMbOOOring
Posted by furt at May 5, 2006 12:21 PMWoah, now that is stunning !
Posted by Steve at May 5, 2006 04:21 PMBrilliant shot. Love the dark sky. The clarity is astounding.
Posted by Chris at May 5, 2006 06:36 PMThe sky is so deep, and the lighting on the buildings and the lines and colors are absolutely fantastic!
Posted by Abe at May 6, 2006 01:18 AMNice photo! Congrats!!!
Posted by Heshe at May 6, 2006 03:27 AMI feel like I'm falling. Cool perspective.
Posted by AirBete at May 6, 2006 10:47 AMBesides Sandra, TOOL is one more connection. I'm finally going to see them live on June 19th here in Milan, Italy.
