Comments: river reflection

This foto is filled with beautiful colors and reflections. I enjoy this one a lot.

Once again, your trademark tones are incredibly well done.

Hey, Sam! Nice picture, really.
But I believe the name of the river of Don valley is Don, isn't it? -)

Very nice.

Not called the the Don VALLEY River; just the Don River.

Good picture. When I lived in Toronto I used to shoot the Don in different places but I'm darned if I recognise this view.

I like the elevation of river bank, not only the
light and shadow but also the interesting lines
on the wall and reflection water.
Nice work Sam

To be honest this photo sucks. This is the first one of your works that I don't like.

Excellent. Light is beautiful and golden/brownish tones make the image very warm. Nice to look at.

I've been following your web site for a couple of months. When I go to Bloglines, I find I'm compelled to go first to your site for my "daily dose". No matter what the subject, the composition is always breathtaking, the photo clear and dramatic. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful work.

Am I to understand that you've had a lot of rain up your way and that made for this beautiful reflection shot? Very nice!

I find this a very sad picture to post on Earth Day. Is this what our rivers have become? It breaks my heart to think of what this land must have looked like a few hundred years ago, before all of us came along.

The tones are so good, and the reflections are awesome.

I really like the warm colors and the patterns -- evident in the wall and reflection. The sky fared pretty well and came out well.

Hi Sam,
I have been following your site for a few months, I was reluctant to move to Toronto and my now husband sent me a link to your site. I have been nothing but amazed each and every day,so much so that many of your shots have become screen savers over the last few months. I would like to thank you for sharing your magnificently artistic view of our common urban dwelling and helping me appreciate this city. Sometimes when I walk around and see a beautiful scene I think about this site and wish you would be able to photograph it. On that note How about more pictures of tricycles?

Sincerely
Jay

nice color

What's cool is that the dividing line of the reflection is at the lower third of the photo, yet the building is equal distance from the top and bottom. Neat physics.
