hm.. seems a litte blurred for me, but this might be a problem with my eye-monitor-connection :) i think the perspective makes the picture a bit.. ordinary. would have been far more interesting to take photos of the building in perspectives the normal viewer could never see them through

hello all, a friend turned me onto this site and i find myself needing to check out the pics regularly. this pic however has moved me to comment. i love this pic...not sure why (i'm not a photographer) i just know that i like this one. maybe it's the clean lines of the architecture(model) or the crispness of the shot or maybe a combination of both...whatever it is, well done!

I thought this was already constructed, until I saw the "trees." Cool shot..my undergrad is in architecture, so Frank Gehry is well known to me. Great architect.

What was your lighting? Studio equipment or just natural? looks diffused, very accurate.

I think the shot has real meaning and though it is not quite clear I think that the desperation of the shot pears through to the audience. It is amazing and is one of the more measurable brilliances.

I used to live in Cambridge, minutes from this building. It's such a great building. I've photographed it a few times, but I'm not happy with the way they've turned out. It was great seeing this shot when I came to visit your site tonight. Very nice!

i've been there!! i have photos of the building in the background when i was on a duck tour around boston- but i didn't find anything our about it...

I see my earlier criticism of housing quality regarding this and all housing architecture now, didn't make the list.

I'll say this now: When my age related macular blindness (AMB) progresses to a serious stage this is something like how an ordinary square style building will look to me. Very distorted.

I think they try too hard to be different and introduce many space problems. They're too far from the street of living in it.

Sorry, but I believe the housing industry is a cheat.
