If you keep posting fotos this remarkable, I'm going to lose track of which are my favorites. This is absolutely amazing. The shutter speed you selected is perfect to capture just enough motion while keeping the rest of the frame well focused. I'm blown away that you did this with an A95.
Posted by Abe at January 14, 2006 02:32 AMCool shot. Subway shots can be really cool.
Just thought you'd like to know: on the InTransit web-page they provided a bad link for your blog; evs.topleftpixel.com instead of wvs.topleftpixel.com. I don't know how much you care, but you may want them to fix it.
Posted by Isaac at January 14, 2006 02:36 AMGreat perspective, I like the blured guy on the left.
Posted by noushin at January 14, 2006 03:22 AMsam, how do you do handheald shots that are so sharp with a long exposure?

Posted by pete at January 14, 2006 09:52 AMWow the station is almost empty, bloor is a busy station. Did you take it early morning or late night or you went on the side not a lot of people go. I love the movement of the train but I don't know why the people are a bit fuzzy. Great pic though

Thank you for showing me that I can take pictures handheld at speeds slower than 1/30 of a second! This one has great depth, perspective, and action. Nice work again.

Posted by Peggy at January 14, 2006 01:15 PMSam,
I used to take photographs as a hobby years ago. After stumbling across your site a few weeks ago and seeing your everyday images it has inspired me to get back at photography.
I use DDI as my wake up image every day.
Thank you.

Posted by Dalma at January 14, 2006 02:19 PMExcellent sense of movement in this shot. The lines on the roof & train give a really nice composition.
