panning with a lensbaby!? crazy idea, but you pulled it off very well! it looks like a standard pan, but with even more blur outside the in-focus area. it works really well.

well worth the effort

It almost looks illustrated.

Classic image. Makes the car look like a toy.

Excellent shot. I didnt know you could do that with a lens baby :) I would like to see this as a desktop wallpaper, maybe when you get back from england you could make one? :). 1024 preferably hehehe.

This is great. I've been using my Lensbaby a fair amount lately, but never considered panning with it! The closest I got was a picture of someone bowling, with a giraffe in the background... And Mamo, yes, the Lensbaby is only available for SLR type cameras (I started to list them, then realized the URL would be shorter - http://www.lensbaby.com/xcart/customer/home.php?cat=1 )

Beyond the challenge, it looks like you nailed this shot. Bravo!

interesting effect but i'm not sure i like the lensbaby shots...i believe that it is a hard thing to make a photo like this but i just don't think it's that aesthetic but that's just my opinion

but you do it right! nice work with lensbaby, great...

You should try and sell it to Toyota/Suzuki ... whoever is the manufacturer of the car ... they will love it!

Wonderful panning shot...the background really makes this one!

My car on your blog! waouh!

It may be luck, but the result is still great! Love the sense of motion of the panning + lensbaby effect...

The passenger looks like a ghost.

Worth the perserverance though. Lovely shot...

Heheh a Toyota Echo Hatchback! That would be a good pic to send to Toyota (not Suzuki, as they dont make the car, though all the other car makers did copy their design as soon as the hatchback was released).

Incredible shot! One of my favorites without a doubt. You have the patience of a God!

This makes me want to get a lensbaby and work on my panning. You do this so well.
