Sam, you very talented.
Posted by J.R.Benjamin at July 16, 2005 02:37 AMHey Sam,
Funny you should have a pic of PizzaPizza, I just ate there about an hour ago afte a Night @ The Madison Pub (It's currently 3:30 AM)! Love your site and the different perspective you have on Toronto.
Keep up the great work!
Posted by Todd at July 16, 2005 03:28 AMI like the bold colors. Cool perspective. Very interesting foto!
Posted by Abe at July 16, 2005 03:51 AMVery funny! I wonder whether the starving artist did get a piece of pizza in return for the gift of a piece of his art for the pizza place :)
Posted by Susie at July 16, 2005 05:15 AMCool shot! nice piece of subliminal advertising is the pizza they serve heavenly?
Posted by Keels at July 16, 2005 05:42 AMI hope Adam (the Starving Artist) at least got a piece of pizza for his fine work.
Posted by Peruby at July 16, 2005 07:53 AMgreat pic... combination is nice,
Posted by mariel at July 16, 2005 11:05 AMinteresting image...i like how the bright graphic sign contrasts with the very organic chalk street art.
Posted by lookcloser at July 16, 2005 11:20 AMI used to work in the Shoppers Drug Mart right beside the Pizza Pizza in this photo .. aww memories :)
Posted by pketh at July 16, 2005 11:34 AMWonderful highlights in this one...
Posted by Tanja > DoubleCrossed.ca at July 16, 2005 11:35 AMAdams all the way at the bottom and you chose to put pizza pizza as the main picture...
you always seem to do that...
it must be like, "make the name the smallest thing on the picture!"
anyways cool pic, not one of your bests tho
Posted by Hugh at July 16, 2005 12:23 PMNice pic Sam, Can you post it upside down :)
Posted by mehdi at July 16, 2005 02:45 PMhaha, I only saw the first half and I was like what the? then I scrolled down for a surprise
Hey, what happened to the EXIF?
Posted by amc at July 16, 2005 03:55 PMStarving Artist. Nice find! I havent been able to eat any solids this whole week (I couldnt eat or drink for three days) because of surgery... Looking at this photo makes me crave some good solid food. *sigh*
Posted by Raffi at July 16, 2005 07:52 PMThat is an awesome photo of an awesome picture. Great job Sam.
Posted by Nate at July 16, 2005 08:53 PMGee, Sam. First, as the image loaded, I thought you were hungry.
Now I wonder if you bought the artist a slice - or was he even there at that moment?
Contrary to other comment I think it right that you had the PizzaPizza shop in full vue for it tells the whole story when you see the chalk work. And upside down is a thought but not the same punch. The color is a bit wild.
Good human interst image.
Posted by Hugh Petrie at July 16, 2005 08:57 PMu take beautiful pictures.
Posted by glo at July 16, 2005 09:03 PMWhat day did you take this? I ask because I passed a photographer shooting this chalk piece around lunch late during the workweek.
Posted by Sean Galbraith at July 16, 2005 09:16 PMnice flashy red to go with the art piece below!
Posted by aashish at July 16, 2005 10:40 PMI love to see Toronto through your eyes. It's a wonderful labor to capture the city in such a beautiful way as you do.
