How fitting that you should post the photograph you were filmed taking! Thanks for the heads up on the CBC segment - I enjoyed it - it was fun to watch you in action! And I enjoy this photo, but if it weren't for the CBC, I'm not sure I'd know what it was! Nice lines, and I like the curious lever-like thing on the diagonal.

Thanks again for the daily dose, Sam! :-)

Fabulous saturation and tight framing. I really enjoy this one.

very very fine!

Once again, nice photo. The lines and focal points are very well placed.

BUT, I think your monitor needs gamma calibration, or you forgot to take off your sunglasses while you used photoshop ;)

The colours of some of your most recent photos (including this one) and so vibrant that they look unnatural and completely distract from the subject you're depicting. This kind of over-saturation shouts "I'm a digital photo! I'm a digital photo!"

To each his/her own, but I think this image would be better if it weren't so blasted.

Great colours and lines.

Hey Sam,

I downloaded the daily dose widget yesterday and have to say, excellent work. The widget does not replace me going to your site and viewing the picture in its full glory, but it is great to see it all day long, and then have the next photo auto-populate.

Wow, what a composition. Fantastic.

I love old cars and this one's a beaut. The color of the paint and the rust are a terrific combination.

Wow, that was great. I was just watching the CBC segment on you, and I checked the website and there this photo was!

Keep up all the great work!

Cheers!

Nice photo, Sam! Lots of nice elements.

interesting photo....i like the bright colors, the shapes and lines but i think that it is missing a lot of the mood and sense of place that is present in many of your other images.

I love this pic and the saturated colours only make what is a battered old truck turn into something quite beautiful. Nice one Sam.

The colors and the lines mix very well. Nice composition, too. Old metal always makes a good pic!

The color in this is great. My grandparents used to have an old house this exact color - it's was quite strange looking, but the color works on this old Ford!

no shit, ive taken pitures of this truck last fall but have ling since lost them, i remember that there was another vintage truck, and that i favoured it to this harsh aqua one.

you wouldn't happen to have a picture of the whole vehicle you can post would you? im quite interested in seeing the whole thing. i love this picture.

Very nice! this is my favoirte green which is still great even when mixed with rust. The framing is really good as I like trying to imagine the rest of the car.

Great shot! I like the nice rich colour and the little details like the chipped paint on the door and the scratches in the black paint.

Interesting photograph. I like the little bits of rust with the green. I also like the shadow cast by the black thingy. Nice shot!
