This was a shock: I'm used to you doing shots like this with incredible sharpness. I know you wanted to capture the pink, but with this low resolution I wonder if it wouldn't have been better in b&w?

Maybe I'm just used to the clarity of digital cameras, but I think this shot is a little bit on the blurry side... nice pink contrast at the bottom though.

yeah it looks either ever so slightly out of focus or some camera shake, or maybe its a crop of an area on the edge of the image.

Just to clarify from my comment above, I highly recommend the rebel xt, not my fotos. :-) But back to this pic - I don't really think this is out of focus, as someone above mentioned; it has a nice, warm and almost diffused tone throughout. Again, great pic - I really enjoy it!

The purple-pink windows are cool with the painted curtains, but it does look out of focus to me too. And it's just off centre, which drives me just slightly bonkers. But nice spotting.

from reading a few of the comments, i dont think many people realize that those curtains are painted. i know i didn't at first. i like the cartoonish look on a more industrial background. looks like a roger rabbit movie.

This is actually a bar called "My Apartment", it is what I look at when I look outside my office window! This is on the first floor and I am on the 5th, with a parking lot in between.
