My kind of scene. Big sky and loads of atmosphere. Took a few seconds to spot the dogwaler, though :-)

Man, I hope you're selling copies of these. Just, like, wow-ness.

i'm loving the contrast below and above the clouds. great sense of God light.

Your title for this is distracting, Sam. What I first noticed was her pocket pen protector.

Awesome job. It almost looks like the end of the world is right past the tip of that rock, as though the earth really was flat after all.

I really like the light in the clouds.

Thank you Sam -- I really need a "lift" this morning! The mood, and the beauty in this one helped a great deal.

Wow! Sublime, Turneresque...great atmosphere.

Amazing sky! I like the solhouettes in the distance. Makes the clouds even more menacing.

I think I hear orchestra singers singing Alleluia. Hah fantastic shot, so dark below, yet so light above.

Not bad, but there has been better.

I love how much better this photo is with the inclusion of the human figures on the bottom. if they were not there, how would you feel about it?

Hello there.

I've just discovered your site and I'm making my way through the archive. Still a way to go..

..but wow. I am enjoying your work. You have such a talent for finding beauty in everything. I love that. And I love that you are posting a picture a day. I'm definitely coming back to visit as often as I can.

I have a photoblog of my own but it pales in comparison to yours. I hope to upgrade to a better camera and website to house my pictures soon. Your site is certainly a prod in the side for me to keep up with my own work.

Thanks for sharing. :)

I love your pictures, but this one just doesn't work. Its been tampered with clearly.. it just doesn't look real.

Keep up the good work though I still think you rock

beautiful and clean. liked it.

Nice photo. I like it. It does appear slightly modified, but I think the effect works well here. There are days that look like this.

The tiny man in the distance really makes this one interesting. It would be cool if that person was taking a photo of you at the same time and we could compair the two photos. You ought to try something like that with one of your photo blog friends someday.

Great clouds - great feeling of a land-locked (appearing) place. I really like the highlights and the shadows coming down.

I so much appreciate your daily pics, Sam. I truly enjoy each and every pic you post. I always try to get past my initial impressions. This allows me to enjoy the savor of your work and not just get high on first glance.
